Speaker: Rev. Scott Simmons

Scott has served as a Youth Pastor and District Youth President over the past 15 years. A graduate of Bethany Bible College and a candidate to soon receive a Masters in Youth Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University, Scott has been committed to the Wesleyan youth movement, being involved with youth camps and our area and international youth conventions. Scott is married to Kelsie and they have three daughters, Kayla, Emily, and Brooke.

Senior High Camp -

(Students Entering 9th-12th Grade)   

Monday, July 7th to Friday, July 11th


Senior High Camp will include, sports, swimming, good food, great Christian music, renewed friendship, and the challenge to grow in Christ! Camp registration begins at 1:00 PM on Monday and camp ends by 11:30 AM on Friday. Cost is only $150.00 per student. Please note that this fee does not include Snack Stand money. A late fee of $20.00 will need to accompany any registrations not postmarked by the due date for Senior High Camp on the Camp Registration Form

Your life will never be the same when you discover the thrill of living God’s truth before the world.

The week will be filled, as always, with awesome activities like the ropes course, swimming and now PAINTBALL. We will have awesome worship that will draw you into God’s awesome presence as we will all be challenged to live a life N-compassed by God’s truth.
 

SENIOR HIGH CAMP MUST READ INFORMATION

Everyone needs to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, BIBLE, toiletries, clothes for varying weather conditions. You also need to bring a pen and paper for taking notes, and money for the Snack Stand.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS must read, and agree to abide by, the expectations of a camper found on the Camp Registration Form  regarding modesty issues, things to leave home, and behavior.

HEALTH FORMS MUST accompany the registration form. All campers are required to submit a Health Form before camp begins. It must be filled before camp begins. It must be filled out completely and signed by their parents AND A DOCTOR OR NURSE verifying their immunizations. They will not be permitted to camp without a COMPLETED, SIGNED HEALTH FORM – both pages of the form.

DISCOUNT NOTE: Please see Worker Application Form page two for the details regarding student discounts when parents work the camp their students attend or when the junior high student works the Senior High Camp and the senior high student works the Junior High Camp.

Camp Staff Opportunities
You are needed for Chambers Camps 2008!

Adult and teen volunteers are needed to help staff the camps and retreats throughout this camping season. Food, housing or other arranged means of staff encouragement is provided differently depending on the camp or retreat you assist. For further details please contact the director of that particular camp.

We are looking for workers for various responsibilities in which their experience can serve others in the camping and retreat ministries.

Each applicant who desires to work at Family Camp, Teen Camps or Children’s Camps must complete a Worker Application Formand receive their Pastor's recommendation from their own home church. Each worker under 26 years of age must provide a Health Form It must be filled completed to the camp nurse. To volunteer at a camp or retreat please contact the director of that event as soon as possible. A list of directors and contact information can be found on the Worker Application Form.

All Dietary workers must complete a Medical Dietary Form
